The Old Smithy, a pub, bar or nightclub at Old Smithy, Green Lane, Church Lawford was given the score after assessment on April 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rugby's 115 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 62 (54%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
